Job Summary:

Rialtes is seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team. As an SAP HR ABAP Consultant, you will implement, configure, and support SAP ABAP HR and integration with SuccessFactors modules to optimize our clients' HR processes and enhance their talent management capabilities. You will collaborate with clients, analyze their HR requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on various SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Succession & Development, and Compensation. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

The Principal Application Developer's role is designing, developing, and enhancing software applications. This can also include translating business requirements from functional specifications into technical requirements for development, application evaluation, application configuration, application and integration testing, and completing appropriate change management documentation.

 

The Application Developer will also be responsible to deliver support to end users in the organization for specific software applications. This includes troubleshooting applications (providing Level Three support) and software for all internal end users and external customers to resolve trouble issues per documented trouble tickets.

Specialized Skills and Technologies

7+ years of SAP HR ABAP experience programming in the HR/Payroll modules

  • Data Replication from Success Factors to ECC and Vice versa.
  • Reports, User Exits
  • Sap Script, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms experience
  • Experience utilizing NetWeaver, BAPI's, BADI's, and IDOCS are required.
  • Object Oriented experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of Payroll, Benefits, and Time
  • LSMW for HR
  • Experience in OSS implementation

Primary Responsibilities

  • Determine opportunities to streamline application support activities to achieve more efficient, timely, and cost-effective application support results.
  • Provide Level Two 24X7 support for software applications under the area of responsibility.
  • Develop user documentation and participate in user training when needed.
  • Assist in resolving complex data and application issues.
  • Assist in the design, delivery, and improvement of software applications when called upon to do so.
  • Stay up to date on software applications under area of responsibility to always ensure the highest level of service and support to the organization.
  • Obtain any certifications needed to be able to effectively support applications in scope.
  • Mentor peers to help them build capabilities.
  • Document troubleshooting instructions (continuous improvement)
  • Improve the efficiency of the team to resolve problems.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of work experience in SAP ECC, with a focus on application support
  • SAP HR HCM Development skills
  • Implementing SuccessFactors
  • SAP CPI is a plus.

Bachelor's or Technical Degree Required (computer science, information systems, business administration, or another industry-related curriculum)
