Work Location: Pune (Work from office)
Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Implementation, Administration, Configuration of Workforce Software Time, and Attendance module.
- Excellent trouble shooting skills on technical and functional issues of T&A, LMS and HRMS applications.
- Experience of leading support teams for T&A management system support functions.
- Experience of Project delivery framework and service transition (Transition to Support)
- Experience with SQL (Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL), T-SQL(MS-SQL) and PL-SQL(Oracle)
- Having strong emphasis in the business requirements analysis and writing the design documents.
- Experience in developing database design and architecture through SQL.
- Should be an expert in using Workforce formula Language.
- Good knowledge on Time management and HCM process.
- Should have worked in policy editor and should be able to manage the configurations independently.
- Good understanding on the workforce system flow.
- Should be able to analyse and understand the requirements of time management at global level.
- Hands on experience in Accruals, Exceptions, Roles, Premiums, TCP, Settings etc.
- Ability to understand the inflow and outflow of workforce software. (Knowledge on MuleSoft is an advantage)
- Should know the concepts of HR import and Payroll export.
- Good communication skills both Verbal and written.
- Should have sound knowledge in Workforce debugging.
- Knowledge on SF-EC and LOA set up in EC is preferred.
- Knowledge on SQL query.
- Coordination for offshore activities, Client interaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of experience in IT industry – Time and Attendance Domain and HRMS Domain.
- Workforce Certified Consultant
(Mandatory)
- PT102 - Time and Attendance - Configuration Essentials by Workforce Software.
- PT103 - Time and Attendance - Interface Essentials by Workforce Software.
