Job Summary:

Rialtes is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules to optimize our clients' HR processes and enhance their talent management capabilities. You will collaborate with clients, analyze their HR requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on various SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning Management, Succession & Development, and Compensation. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their HR business processes and requirements and translate them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Compensation, to meet specific business needs.

Conduct workshops, interviews, and business process analysis to gather and document functional and technical specifications.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of configured SuccessFactors solutions.

Provide expert guidance on HR best practices and recommend process improvements to optimize talent management and HR operations.

Conduct end-user training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new SuccessFactors systems.

Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration, data migration, and customization activities.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.

Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to client requirements.

Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.

Requirements:

SAP SuccessFactors certification is MUST.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Extensive 6 experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support.

In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Onboarding, Recruitment, and Compensation, to meet specific business needs.

Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business requirements.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex HR scenarios and propose effective solutions.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
