Job Summary:

Rialtes is seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant to join our team. As SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and integration with SuccessFactors modules to optimize our clients' HR processes and enhance their talent management capabilities.

This role is to design, develop and enhance software applications. This can also include translating business requirements from functional specifications into technical requirements for development, application evaluation, application configuration, application and integration testing as well as completing appropriate change management documentation.

Tasks and responsibilities 

  • Lead technical and functional discussions for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll for Singapore & Japan user base or US Payroll.

  • Understand and optimize the HR and IT operational processes between SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

  • Actively drives alignment between HR and IT stakeholders to ensure operational stability for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

  • Responsible for reviewing, estimating, and implementing enhancements to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.

  • Responsible for ensuring operational stability in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

  • At least 5 years of experience in implementation projects for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP HCM Payroll for Singapore and Japan or US payroll

  • Strong technical and functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP HCM Payroll.

  • Solid understanding of HR and IT HR concepts, specifically, in HR processes for Payroll and Time.

  • Understand integration technologies within the SAP eco-system and platforms.

  • Experienced supporting HR in the execution of Payroll in either SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (preferred) or SAP HCM Payroll.

  • Experienced working within a multi-cultural and cross-functional organization in major global companies.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English with the ability to engage across different seniority levels.

  • Demonstrates effective and timely decision-makings with strong conflict resolution/intervention skills.
