Sales Development Representative - Pune

 

You will join our Outbound SDR team, based out of Pune, and be a member of the APAC Sales Team, reporting to India Sales Head.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Research into all predefined named accounts
  • Develop and nurture leads through the sales process
  • Strategize the approaches, track and maintain databases
  • Establish Champions and Advocates over the phone/mail and web-conference
  • Identifying and nurturing leads to generate quality SQLs
  • Support all our Marketing initiatives and campaigns to help generate leads
  • Conduct Outbound engagements through combo prospecting (email+phone+social+video)
  • Manage and deliver on SDR activities respectively to achieve weekly KPIs
  • Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives/Managers and engage in necessary follow-ups that may be required.

Skill Sets

  • Graduated from College/University with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles with IT software, Services, and SaaS offerings
  • A tech enthusiast with a passion to solve organizational problems with SaaS offerings of the organization
  • Enjoy the scrappiness of a startup (with the stability of an established company!)
  • Confidence and coachability
  • A desire to work with people who are highly diverse
  • The ability to write a compelling message and tell great stories
  • Previous Social Selling experience is key
  • Fluent in English and one other language
  • You MUST be based in the Pune region
