Title: Delivery Executive (SAP) 

Location: Work from Office -Pune (Kharadi) 

 Below is the JD: 

  The Delivery Executive (DE) is the primary point of contact and day-to-day liaison between Rialtes and the managed services clients. The DE is responsible for building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with the clients and ensuring that client issues are handled appropriately and escalated to management as necessary. As an advocate for the clients and a member of RIALTES, DMs works with multiple RIALTES internal teams to escalate and troubleshoot issues, communicate client priorities, and proactively advocate for clients. 

  MUST have experience of implementing SAP solutions. 

  Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Manage the day-to-day relationship for clients.
  • Respond to RFPs & create documentations.
  • Manage medium to large scale project engagements.
  • Experienced in leading global implementation and support projects in SAP, Salesforce, AWS and Business Intelligence
  • Deep knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2 and other service delivery methodology
  • Manage client invoices, service requests, and client facing documentation.
  • Work closely with R&D team with product development and design
  • Manage status updates, incident analysis and reporting for high severity incidents affecting clients.
  • Must be able to manage multiple, often competing, priorities and client requests effectively within SLA contractual obligations.
  • Experience managing projects, issues, and milestones within the context of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC)

  Desired Candidate Profile

  • Overall, of 18+ years of experience 
  • 5 years of Account Executive experience 
  • 10+years of Delivery and Project Management experience 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Practical problem solving and strategic thinking skills; critical thinker with excellent judgment and initiative.
  • Experience making decisions quickly in difficult situations. 
  • Ability to take responsibility/ ownership for decisions, seeking advice where appropriate.
  • Time management, attention to detail, expectation setting and organizational skills to provide solid service management.
  • Ability to work on own initiatives with minimal management supervision. 
  • Team-oriented focus, knowledge sharing, expectation management with all project team resources, maintaining a high degree of professionalism in all situations (including high stress) 
  • Ability to present to audiences of different participants (e.g., executives, clients, technical peers, non-technical professionals) and size
